web page

http://www.sucram.com.br/
I liked this for its simple layout but when you go to there web page its actually alot more interesting.  though it still has the images laid out in the same grid pattern they are more square. When you mouse over the color really pops out from the original black and white. It has a nice feel with cross bones and an animation placed in the center that changes images. Its very minimalistic but well done by the designer.

http://colly.com/
I really love the design elements on this the use of the layout and white background works very well together. The black white and red color palette is not busy and lends the eye to the illustrations.

web page

http://www.madebysofa.com/ It seems that this site is no longer there- well its there but not working on any new products- Its still an interesting idea however the clean lines of this site work well with the simple layout and navigation system. I like the simple image at the top that fits well with the name We are Sofa- its intresting.

web page

http://www.sideshowpress.com/
well this is another updated webpage- Im more drawn to the illustration above however the link takes you to a page that does have an interesting layout. Its really simple based navigation with a background that stays in place as you can scroll down to look at the rest of the information on the page where there isn't much. It seems that it is a web page for a stationary show?? interesting in itself i'm assuming....It still has a very clean layout however....

web page

http://itaiinselberg.com/This is one of those pages that i was drawn to its strangness the layout instead of being a side scroll is a thin up and down scroll...not the rite word for it im sure- but it adds intrest...that everything is neatly layed out in the up and down fashion. The navigation is a bit all over the place however....but its fun that it looks as if someone is holding up the web page itself... different then what you would normally expect.

web page

http://www.egopop.net/I just love the home page of this website its so diffrent as you move your mouse it moves the page itself. It still allows a scroll down the sides even though you really don't need it on the first page. The image itself is so cute the little clay figures with the name don it at least what looks to be clay as well either that or a good photoshop job whos to say. The colors work well together a good balance of bright and neutral. When you navigate away from home the same kind of details live on the other pages the roll overs of purple working with the images and theme of this playful page.

web page

http://carravel.fr/gallery Im pretty sure this is a french site with a very interesting navigation system...The pictures themselves take you to the seperate pages as well as you can use the arrow to take you to the next set of options. Though im not sure if its my computer or the site itself the time it takes once you click on the image is a bit long loading. The colors they chose for the images works well together however and this site screams modern...i would probably do a site like this since its not so run of the mill and is interesting.

web page

http://www.newquest.fr/ok this is an intersting french site that reminds me of a periodic table though it does have its merits with a simple color sceme as well as another web page with interesting navigation. The images themselves move as you mouse over them and when you click a new form pops up with the information regarding what each image represents. It has a lot of motion  which can be interesting.

web page

http://www.truetea.cz/en/this is just an interesting tea site- when you actually go to the home page there is an animtion- a hand comes down to push the bottle into the ground- its cute- I like how the background of the page is a sketch that moves into the same sketch but full of color its an intresting idea- though i would assume a bit troublesome since if you do not place it just so it would not work and would end up un-even. The colors work well for this page the feel of a hand drawing mixed with the simple watercolor scheme works well for a more natural feel to this page. It has a good use of typography as well as a simple navigation system.

web page

http://transmissioninc.com/ this is a very strange interesting page. Its quite pretty the imagery is very vibrant with the more dark color scheme with hits of color. The web page is very up and down with the links again being farther down the page you can click on the images to bring up videos that you can watch. It works well for what it is- a studio of some sort.

web page

http://www.mattsalik.com/well this page is deffinenty diffrent when you click the link and i think i like it better that way- its less busy with a simple navigation. You click to the side to view the various works posted. Its a good site for a designer and quite interesting. Simple and easy to view-

web page

http://www.creativespaces.net.au/ i just the wierdness of this page its so diffrent with the colaged elements. And its just strange the kind of site that i gravitate towards. Its uses a good color palette to work with the imagery. Again with the simple navigation it works well since the home page has so much going on. Its fun and playful and i just love it-

web page

http://cpeople.ru/ This is just interesting there is no direct top navigation bar but it fits in nicely on the right body there is a bottom wrapper. This has another playful image that uses a lot of creativity to send across there point. The use of an image that fills the page for the most part works well for this web page.

web pages

http://www.sitesketch101.com/beautiful-websites/http://osvaldas.info/ This site is so boring now compared to what it looks like above in this image- The simplisity is gone with extra stuff cluttering up the home page- i really like the look of it before all that with the green standing out on the image with the use of grey space. its so much cleaner looking-

web page

http://www.sensisoft.com/ wow i love this page it starts out with a black background a bit about the page in surrounded by a white border. As you watch however it turns into the image that you see above. It contains moving images adding even more interest to a creative page. The sounds of the house hooves with the soft music fits in nicely. The muted color with the pop of red on the navigation bar that takes up center stage is very nice. When you click on the arrows it takes you to completely different music as well as city images. Its a fun page to explore even though im not interested currently in the services they offer.

web page

http://www.simonamunteanu.com/ This what i believe is a side scrolling web page its quite curious though the newer updated web page I like a bit more. The image though centered is quite eye catching so it breaks about the normal grid form. The navigation bar actually is placed so it scrolls with you as you move down the page. There is a nice selection of logo designs as you move down after the main image. with info down at the bottom of the page.

web page

http://www.mooweex.com/

web page

http://inspiredm.com/colour-schemes/ well this takes you to the page that i found this page on but not the actual web page of the image. since when i clicked on that it takes you to a dead link- its a shame since i find that this page looks like it could be quite interesting, The use of black red and white is interesting. The imagery is quite imaginative as well- such a shame- I love the lines of this page it allows the eye to take in everything with a good flow.

web page

http://www.meandoli.com/#!/5/1/1/4/2
This is such a lovely design i love the vintage feel of this page the blue paper like background fits in nicely with the imagery. This is very imaginative with a good layout. There is a grid but no real navigation bar it does still keep a sense of order It is still easily followed and works for a fashion web page.

web page

http://www.charlescampbellbespoke.co.uk/ This is a main page for a tailor i like how they kept it simple. The stripes make me think of a nice shirt with the use of a victorian pair of scissors works well. This does not have a navigation bar but it really doesn't need it since if you click the name it takes you to there page. Though the grid structure is not there it still has order.

web page

http://www.kutztown.edu/acad/commdes/im drawn to this web page due to its playful nature. It has a good use of color with the greens blue and grays. Its interesting how they have giving it a feeling of a collage with hidden animal images behind the grass. The navigation fits in well with its theme.

web page

http://www.racket.net.au/ This is another web page that has used a lot of interesting images. There is a navigation bar at the top with a body that instead flows strait across the page. There is an interesting use of typography that works with the playful nature of this page. It keeps you interest and has a nice flow. The colors are in muted tones and with the use of so much texture it keeps the eye following though the whole page.
