This is a beautiful web page to look at with its simplicity. The use of a simple color palette being black and white creates a sense of drama. The image itself moves so not much is needed to make this page really stand out. The image is just so pretty as well and was taken by nasa im not sure what that exactly has to do with a film production company though. Its very abstract and im curious to know if its a plant or just some part of space.

I really love again this simple use of a color palette less is more in this case the mint green is very complementary to the grey and black. Its just the right amount of pop of color to draw the eye.  The images themselves are very playful and stand out nicely even on the grey of the background. Its interesting how they have the page laid out with the navigation bars spaced out in such an interesting manner. When you refresh the page the colors of the background and navigation bars change adding a sense of drama to make you feel as if its a different site every time you vist. This is a really creative idea.

There header with the text for travel is interesting to look out and very eye catching. There navigation bar that floats to the side makes for intrest. There choice of images are very clean and fit nicely with the rest of the page.

With this web site again i picked it for its minimilist look the white background with the text done in black is so very complimentary to the images chosen. The models next to the landscapes are an interesting yin and yang. With just that little pop of color in the first image makes for a very striking web page.

Im not really into car web pages but this one struck me is curious and well laid out. I was drawn to there interesting logo at first but it has a nice structure as you scroll down though the page. The use of clear imagery of there products with a simple navigation system works very well. It has a good use of hierarchy  the images change as well on the front page.

I love this page for its creativity. The image itself moves when you first go there adding a sense of depth and flow. With such an interesting name for a web page its cute. I love the color and movement of this page. The background is so interesting and every time you look you see something different then before. If you click on about you are taken to another beautiful illustration i might spend some time really looking at this page.

This is just a very pretty web page that has a very simple artistic feel- I love the background design and how the images were so nicely placed. It gives a very natural crafty feel.  I love the navigation that is set out so naturally. It fits in nicely with the feel and the choice of fonts work well for the chalkboard effect.

I found this image on a page that had web pages for sale..I picked it however for its minimalistic feel. I like how how the pages navigation are laid out falling as it where under the tittle of the web page. Though there is no use of images on the page it has a nice use of space. There is no clutter and its easily visible and very modern.

Again this is very simplistic but also very playful with its use of a simple color palette. It reminds me of a very textural 80's computer screen. Its fun to look at even though it is simple. The black white and yellow flows nicely together.

The hippy vibe is just so pretty with the hand drawn effects. The colors work well together with the pop of color for the navigation. I would spend a lot of time investigating this page. It grabs the eyes with so much to look at the colors placed so that the eye travels though the page.

It has a nice flow with a good use of colors. The slight pops of colors add interest with the nice clean black background making everything look nice and clean.

The purple and black color scene is quite nice relying on an image for the focus point. It fits well with there theme for a fashion web page. Its navigation bar is placed on the bottom of the page leading you to take in the whole page first. I love the flowers that flow around the page and fit in nicely with there theme it also fills in the page nicely.

when i was on the hunt for inspiration i came across this particular web page bosting 100 clean simple and minimalistic web page designs. This particular design struck me im not sure if it was the image or the simple use of grey to create a bold frame around the image. I was quite drawn to it

I really love the hand drawn feel of this page. It makes for an interesting web site though its since been changed i really dont like the look as much. This one however makes every thing seem so playful and laid back. The navigation on the side makes for an more interesting layout still fitting in with the use of a hand drawn font.  I actually tried and failed and doing a simple scribble face like that and its a lot harder for some reason that it looks like it should be. I like that they used a very simple color palette as well.

I added this page since it was just so interesting and different then most that i have come across of course i forgot to add the link. Im not exactly sure where the navigation is but it falls under the grid structure for the most part at least having a right and left body quite literally.

clothing web page

I just love love love this site the modern feel with the use of colored blocks to show off what kind of clothing that you may purchase. It breaks apart the grid structure leaning more to a free flowing form. There navigation is placed differently but it leads the eye around the page. They have a good organization of color with everything though not placed in any order fits in quite nicely.

i found this picture at the above link while i was searching for inspiration for music related band web pages...this particular piece is for death cab for cutie i agree with the author on this particular web page that this image gives a very vintage feel with the use of a simple color palette the orange grey, black, white with the use of a maroon to the face of one of the band mates.  When you click on the image however it takes you to the actual new link (with a changed up web page that really does not inspire me as much-

The way that the layout is just seems to busy to my eyes and the lack of that extra pop of color does nothing for this page. With the layout going also strait down just makes it so much less interesting and two cluttered for my taste.
